I'm not sure what this has to do with the topic, but WN does not have any "agreement" with US to facilitate movement of employees between PHL and PIT. US maintains a jumpseat agreement with WN that is systemwide, and PHL station has a station agreement with WN that allows WN-US employees to nonrev on each other, which includes all employee groups.
Just to keep this post relevant, IMHO WN has no need to codeshare or cooperate with any legacy carrier, their business model would not support it. Imagine a passenger who walks up to the WN ticket counter in PHL to fly to MHT and is told they are actually flying not on a WN 737, but on a US Airways Express 50 seat RJ, and oh by the way....there is a bag fee.....and seat assignments. Plus, WN would have to be set up to print interline bag tags, which would be a huge cost for a company that is just barely scraping the line of profitability. I don't see it.
