Yesterday I was picking someone up at the airport, and I was watching one of the Scab NWA CSA Agents (working at one of the outsourced stations) trying to checkin a pax......the pax wanted some info checked in their reservation.....and this agent (who I later found out has been there for about 7 months) didn't even know how to pull the passengers reservation up .....if the e-ticket machine doesn't meet the customers needs, then the employee is absolutly useless...
*** 7 MONTHS !!! *** and still doesn't know the BASIC entry to help a passenger..... I KNEW there was a reason I took the train to Chicago for my last 2 trips !! 🙂
