CWA Tentative Agreement?

hey josh, heres one for you...  guess who championed the snap backs at US   hint.... it was the CWA     since you oviously hate US and the unions at US  you might want to rethink about flying someone else.   Its getting dam old with your rhetoric obnoxious hatred of US and its Unions.    I for one believe the new AA will see the CWA becoming the CSA union regardless of your thought process.

Analyst consensus is that the Fort Worth-based company will earn more than $1.2 billion in the second quarter, $3.7 billion for the year and more than $4.3 billion in 2015.

At MIA with American over 50% of Passenger Service Agents job are contracted out to vendors

Thank you, CWA for negotiating profit sharing for the Passenger Service Agents

It “Josh” is scare that their IP address could find is way back to NMB

It probably can't be proven, but let him try...

When I was doing the staffing projections, there were a total of 577 agents in MIA at the time (2004) working in the terminal between ATO, FIS and gates.

The only jobs I know of that were outsourced since then were at bag-drop and the queue minders. Cargo wasn't part of the terminal headcount, but if you're including them, that would increase that by another 40.

What about the other 200 stations AA flies into?

And this is about the CWA at US, not UA, not CO.

And there are vendors working gates now for AA, not AA employees in stations, a former AA Executive is in charge of the company that AA is using.
If your referring to the AA exec I think your referring to, he was shot and seriously wounded about two years ago. I doubt he's working anymore.

Nah, I heard he's been back at work for over a year.

To 700UW's question... There has never been 200 AA stations...

Looking back at another headcount report, AA had 136 stations in 2002, and only 66 of those were in the US and staffed by AA agents.

That's before the RPA in 2003, the pulldown at STL and SJU.
