Do Delta A319's have AC Power and TV's? The aircraft I am flying on seems to be version 2. Please let me know if more information is required. Thanks!

Some do as they are being modified for In seat IFE.   about 17 a/c referred to as the 31J.  Hope this helps
 
thes a/c hold 132 instead of the 319 which hold 126

looks like about 30 of them are done with mods or in mods. They have nose to tail PTVs/AVOD. I can't remember what the power situation on them is but I believe its just USB power in coach. First and maybe EC have power ports and USB.
