Delta passes?

There could be a cost involved, but I'm sure the biggest factor is the companies choice to be ZED or ID90, and most are reciprical, so if you dont give me a ZED then I wont give you a ZED

It's a negotiated agreement through the airlines pass/travel departments. HP participates in the ZED program so I doubt it will go away.
Remember there are more than just ZED and ID90s. There are ID75s, and also a flat service charge (plus taxes) in the mix too. It all depends on what the airlines negotiate.
Since I have been doing HP tickets for nonrevs, I've checked out some of their options and they seem to have some good ones. Hopefully they can combine the best of the US/HP system into a new pass agreement with each others current partners.
I especially like the fact that more and more airlines are allowing Domestic Partners and even our Registered Guests to travel on reduced rate tickets. Sure makes it easier to plan that vacation!

Apparently, there is an organization that an airline must belong to before participating in the ZED program:

"The ZED-MIBA Forum (ZMF) is an umbrella organisation, comprising ZED (Zonal Employee Discount agreement), which is for Personal Travel, and MIBA (Multilateral Interline Business Agreement), which is for Duty Travel."

"Airlines join ZED-MIBA Forum, and participate in either the ZED agreement or the MIBA agreement or both, as they wish."

There's also apparently a fee involved:

Airline interested in ZED and/or MIBA participation

1. Contact the Member Service Centre (MSC) msc@zedmiba.org to obtain ZED Package

2. Complete Application Form and e-mail (msc@zedmiba.org) or fax (+420 222 251 567) to the MSC

3. Send two original copies of ZED-MIBA Forum Signature page to the MSC.

4. Send confirmation of payment of Fees according to the invoice delivered by MSC.

5. As soon as this documentation and the confirmation from ZED-MIBA Forum Bank Account that the full payment has been credited are received by the MSC, the Interested Airline becomes an ZED and/or MIBA Applicant.

There's also a ZED website for checking routings and fares, but I haven't seen the info listed anywhere to enable US employees to sign in:

GoZED.com

The password is out there somewhere because I had a retired employee bring out a sheet that he had printed off the website for me to use in getting his ticket. I appreciate his effort in taking the time to list, etc, but unfortunately it doesnt help when having to ticket. 🙄 Hey, at least he was trying to help me out. I dont have a problem doing most non rev tickets since I set my own up for ticketing. There are a couple in station like that who usually get the pass tickets given to them to do since we have much practice in using them. If I see anyone else with the Zed info I'll ask about the password if we dont get an answer here first. I just checked with a friend at work who uses a ZED site often to list, but it is FLYZED and he said it is the LH listing site since they dont do nonrevs on the phone. I have the info for this one if anyone wants it.

Gozed and Flyzed are two different websites. The info for Flyzed is on the hub, but what about Gozed? Anyone have the answer?

Correct, tadjr....

Flyzed.com to list on Austrian Airlines, Condor, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines, Finnair.

The goZED site has three major sections. One is the discounts area where suppliers offering discounts to airline employees can advertise, Another is the ZED Fares section where employees from any participating ZED airline can look up ZED fares and have the schedules, eligibility criteria, embargoes and individual airline agreements automatically applied. The third is the airline and aviation related links section.
