Congrats. to Bob Owens and Chuck Schalk for their newly elected positions in the NY Local. I know that you will both continue to represent the member's wishes as you always have done. Congrats. to the other elected officials too!

Now if we could get just a get ballot to get rid of Jim Little, Dennis Burchette, Gary Yingst, and the other appointed company lapdogs of the TWU.

Local elections are wonderful, but I want meat with my veggies!

Congrats to Bob and Chuck. I might not agree with either of them, but at least they (and Ken) are actually acting to try and change the TWU from within, instead of just complaining.

<_< ------ The voices of reason have prevailed!!! It's a start!---- Congrats Bob, and Chuck!

Unfortunately, until every International officer is elected to his/her position, not much will chnge within the TWU. They are no different than the "Old Boys Network" that run America's corporations and sit on the Boards of Directors.

I want to add my congratulations. I hope this time you are able to overcome the inevitable effort to remove you.

Congrats to Bob and Chuck. From all the pro member posts you guys have posted on here you earned it.

Thanks for all the people who understand us and support our efforts. I have received many positive responses from our election from around the system accompanied by invitations to visit their locals. The same invitation is reciprocated to members and boards from all stations who wish to visit Local 562. I and members of our board would be honored and can't wait to have the chance to speak with local boards and their members to brainstorm ideas and get us all on the same page going forward. The power comes from within the rank and file! up to now, the power has not been harnessed into viable force to be heard. I would like us to hold the power like AARP but of the aviation community. "you are either part of the solution, or part of the problem" which one will you be?

I am open to all suggestions that will benefit the membership

Chuck, I wish you and Bob well. I sincerely hope that your victory is met with seriousness by Little and Co.

Judging by the lack of incumbents being voted back in, the disgruntled voices of the AMT’s has been enacted upon.. Congrats to Mr. Bob Owens and Mr. Chuck Schalk at Local 562 along with all the other locals with newly appointed positions.

It is now time to organize the efforts and focus on getting the company’s negotiating committee’s attention… Obviously the company requested “2 year extensionâ€￾ of the concessionary contract is occurring.

Without a retro clause, the TWU facilitates the company’s delaying and lack of legitimate intent to settle.

Gentlemen, our efforts are with you.. The preconcessionary contract should be the starting point. If not, then the last 50 years of negotiating contracts have been done so in vain.

Congrats..

<_< ------- Chuck I'd love to invite you and Bob to MCIE, but I'm afraid that by the time your settled in, there will be vary little left to see, if anything at all! ------ I took the VBR, so now am looking at things from a different perspective. ------- Good luck to the two of you!

WTF

Owens, Schalk, Urso and Gukelberger ran on the same Ticket. the discrepancy was with Urso, according to the original release from AAA Urso lost. It turned out that AAA had switched ballots from from Boston and Stores.

I thought Sonny Hall said we werent using AAA after the 2003 Contract fiasco?

I met Chuck once at a field trip meeting in BOS. Good luck to you and Bob. I voted with my feet, but many years of memories keeps me attached.
