Not a problem...the letter got me thinking about the eagle changes. Thanks for posting letter......it's nice to read something, rather then listen to rhetoric from a whiner.
I like the theme he went with on unionism, because I don't feel like we are in a union. And pay is part of the unionism theme. I'm just wondering what the intl reaction will be to this letter.Eleven years and nine percent is not unionism its a disgrace to it. FU PAY ME

I think the first order of business is for Tulsa to send someone other than Steve Luis, or Gary Yingst!I agree with Gary and he makes valid points that have all come up in conversations regarding the TA as we discuss it in Tulsa.
However, I would like see someone lay out the plan or expectations if we send the negotiators back.
This TA has divided the TWU membership up in an unprecedented fashion, so how will the issues Gary raised be fixed?
The NMB will not allow us to start from scratch.
If we went to a PEB we cannot start from scratch and succeed.
The NO vote will not be unanimous enough to conclude we could successfully strike.
What I am saying is,
We can all see the faults in the TA and they are many, but what is the plan to correct it?
The wonderful TWU has us in a submission hold and we might have to tap out and immeidatley ask for the "early opener" option to be invoked the day after DOS.
