DFW Hub Control Center

Good. The tower at DFW was too crowded and cramped. This is a lot more useful and flexible.

It's also hardly a new concept... I remember going on a tour of UA's HCC in DEN 20 years ago, and that's how they were set up, and saw a dozen or so of these setups when I was working in the consulting side of the world e.g. JL's HCC at NRT didn't even have a view of the ramp. Neither did AA's at LAX back in the day.

@eolesen...Now that they have a nice place to work with views of the work they need to do (what a concept!), I would hope they figure out a way to reassign incoming flights to a different gate when the scheduled gate is still occupied. I know. I know. They do reassign flights, but not until 20-45 minutes later when everyone has missed their connecting flights and are mad as hell.
