No, no, no. There is no contract with West FA's. Our contract expired two years ago. We were in the middle of neg. when the merger was announced and company quit neg's so we could get a combined contract. The west FA's have EVERY leg to stand on when it comes to work action.

Apparently you do not know the process under the RLA, CBAs under the RLA DO NOT EXPIRE, they become Amendable, the previous agreement stays in effect until a new one is reached, or after a 30 day cooling off period the union is free to strike and the company is free to impose new terms, or the President can enact a PEB which delays everything another 60 days.

The CBAs remains in status quo.

Under the RLA, you have NO LEG to stand on for a job action go ask the APA pilots at AA all about that.
