you did forget we are talking about Republic, no?
meanwhile, Republic continues to have one of the highest rates of cancellations among US carriers.
and interestingly most are actually NOT DL flights. No one has bothered to note that so far in this thread.
and yet DL still finds a case against Republic that they will likely win in one form or the other.
DL had a right to extend its 145 flying while Republic planned on not renewing the DL 145 contract and has shifted its assets/people to other carriers including UA and AA for large RJ flying.
how about, in your vast wisdom, Kevin, you tell us where this whole case is going?
