I totally agree, have a loved one with dementia and get back to me.

I think it can but not always.  I have run across countless people who are delusional at some level but do not have dementia.

There's a president who manage the day to day affairs. Some teams have a CEO in between the owner and CEO, which is what the league did by naming an interim CEO last week. Other teams have a more active owner/CEO.
