Considering he's owned the team since 1981, the Clippers are no longer the NBA practice squad and sponsors are jumping ship it might be in his best interest financially to sell now.

How could he make racist comments if he isn't a racist?

Can you seriously be now even suggesting that any person's every uttered word completely and entirely defines them? OK then. Let's examine merely assertions from the "messiah" in order to properly determine his entire worth as a person: Presidential  press conference June 23, 2009. "If you like your plan and you like your doctor, you won't have to do a thing. You keep your plan. You keep your doctor."  Do those blatant lies completely define obama as: 1) A conniving and manipulative LIAR? Or 2) An utterly oblivious idiot? Or 3) Both? You pick. 😉

"How could he make racist comments if he isn't a racist?" Sigh! Fair enough insofar as that goes. Spin these for us while you're at it. From Dreams of My Father: "I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of twelve or thirteen, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites."  “The emotions between the races could never be pure; even love was tarnished by the desire to find in the other some element that was missing in ourselves. Whether we sought out our demons or salvation, the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart.” "To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. " "There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white." Are ANY of the above comments even "possibly" those of a racist by left "standards"? 😉

If the prevailing "wisdom" is that it's fully reasonable to throw any "racist" out of the NFL,....Why not out of the White House as well? 🙂

2010

Journalists Mark Halperin and John Heilemann reported the remarks in their new book, "Game Change," which is scheduled to be in bookstores Tuesday.
The authors quote Reid as saying privately that Obama, as a black candidate, could be successful thanks, in part, to his "light-skinned" appearance and speaking patterns "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one."

Harry is offering a view that Obama isn't your typical ******..

Sterling didn't want his girlfriend, who he was banging, showing up at games with the team he owned, with black guys.....he even said he really didn't care what she did with black guys, just don't show up 'girlfriend' at my place with black guys.

Sounds more jealous than racist. Harry seems to have a judgmental view of blacks which, under the Merriam-Webster dictionary fits the term racist.

Disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has agreed to allow his wife, Shelly, to negotiate a forced sale of the team, sources with knowledge of the situation told ESPN.

Shelly Sterling and her lawyers have been negotiating with the NBA since her husband was banned for life by commissioner Adam Silver on April 29. While the league has yet to formally accept this arrangement, sources said if she is willing to sell the team in its entirety, this could bring a startlingly quick end to what appeared to be a protracted legal battle.

Oh, this is so far from over.

In court, Silver's ban and fine will wind up being largely unenforceable. You can't prohibit someone from being involved in a business they own. About the only thing they can do is block Sterling from participating in league meetings.

NBA can try to fight this, but since the tape was illegal, it's fruit of the poison tree; the ex-girlfriend's version can't be corroborated, since it was a private conversation, and absent admissible proof his conversation took place, the NBA can only point to hearsay.

Sterling's got deep enough pockets that this will get dragged out to the NBA's detriment. His lawyers won't care about the nature of what he said as long as the invoices get paid. Sorta like nobody really cared about his previous acts of racism as long as the checks he wrote to the NAACP and his Democrat candidates cleared the bank...

Make no mistake - the guy is a dirtbag, and he'll be dead before any of it gets resolved.

E the Oracle strikes out again.

...and in other news, Romney wins and vows to end the depression that began in 2011 and to reduce the $6.00 gallon gasoline prices.

Now who's the racist ?    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sUjlle7ZVo        Double standard here?

Apparently, you guys don't understand what a racist is. By definition: A WHITE, CHRISTIAN, HETEROSEXUAL MALE is a racist. The rest get to call you a racist!
