If your workgroup is organized with a union, I recommend that you utilize the union's eap program.

Although the Company states that their eap program is confidential, I have very little trust that it actually is. :unsure:

Before I took the Voluntary Furlough from res I was in the EAP and I had no problems. It was confidential and it helped me get FMLA when they were giving other people a hard time getting approved. It helped me get through the last few months in RES before my Voluntary Furlough took place. I have to say though this was pre-merger and back when CCY was running the show.
