Also yesterday, US Airways finished in the bottom half of a new airline customer satisfaction study released by J.D. Power and Associates. JetBlue Airways and Southwest Airlines were No. 1 and No. 2 in a survey of 2,600 passengers who flew between last May and October. Among major carriers, US Airways scored below the industry average but did better than United Airlines, America West Airlines and Northwest Airlines.
