Name change to ED 20 program. Employees and eligible family members are eligible to purchase revenue confirmed tickets at 20% discount on Mainline and Express flights. Also available on land packages offered through Vacations.

Don't know about retirees but only people listed by name on your travel profile can receive and ED20.
