It's OK for Mitch McConnel and company to refuse to confirm the justice nominated by Obama--their argument being that a nomination by a Democratic President should not be confirmed in an election year, but the nomination of a Republican nominee should be rushed through the confirmation process even holding night-time sessions of the Senate in order to get the nominee confirmed before the obvious election of a Democratic President. And then, as you have just done by accusing the Democrats of risking the end of the democratic government form because they retaliate hypocritical actions by McConnel and company. That is hypocrisy of the highest order. You either are not real sharp mentally or you have no problem lying like your hero, Trump.

You might try reading some American history. Since the creation of the Supreme Court, there have been as few as 6 justices and as many as 10 justices at various times--all done legally and conforming to the U.S. Constitution. Or is packing the court only allowed to be done by Republicans?

And creating a 6 to 3 majority doesn't constitute packing the court to McConnel's liking? Must be a special Trumpian mathematics that you are using.

You remind me of the business owner (probably Trump) who needed to hire an accountant. He asked the first candidate, "how much is 1 + 1? The candidate answered "2".
