If n that's a big if if trump wins I believe he will end social security and Medicare and Medicaid. If that happens no one will be able have it. The ACA which has helped millions of Americans would likely be stripped n those with pre existing conditions are hosed. Those are reasons why I voted Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. I dont believe either Biden nor trump are good choices but I look at it as Biden being better choice than trump. And Biden is more empathy for people

What makes you think Trump would end SS, Medicare, etc.? Is it because some one told you he would? Do you know Biden's record on Social Security? Google it, you maybe surprised!

Trump stated it when he stated he would end payroll taxes facts

Where should I start. Trump told us he would. Oh...he didn't come right out and say it, but lets see what he's done...and what he proposed.

Trump eliminated the payroll tax, however many employers have NOT passed it on, since their employees will have to pay it back next year. Not to worry, Trump has said several times that he will make that cut to zero permanent if he is reelected.

And that's great....a tax cut for the middle class. But do you know what the payroll tax funds? Social Security and Medicare. And when the source of funding is gone....what happens?

Not to worry....our business genius has a plan. It will become part of the general budget. You know that budget, don't you? The one that had a trillion dollar deficit BEFORE corornavirus and has a TWO trillion dollar deficit now? So this might bump it up another trillion, but what's another trillion between friends?

And Trump has said he is the "king of debt"....and judging from our economy, it's the only time he HASN'T lied. But that debt led to....bankruptcies. So we've got THAT to look forward to. He borrowed to build casinos...bankrupt (three times and a holding company once). He borrowed to buy an airline...bankrupt. Now he wants to borrow to run a country, in what is supposed to be the best economy in the history of mankind. The best economy and still...TWO TRILLION DOLLARS short of what we budgeted. So what do YOU think will happen to Social Security and Medicare should the business genius get what he wants?

And yeah...Biden voted to tax social security. But you know something? I'm on social security and I have a pension. Do you know how much of my social security was taxed? $0.00. Yep - nothing. Of course, I am able to live a good life without a 6 figure annual income, and folks in that bracket would indeed see their SS taxed to some degree.

Why does he think that? Leftist fear mongering and social conditioning. Remember when Biden said "Well I tell you what, If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black"? That should tell you all you need to know about the Democrats.

Frankly Blacks, who had to FIGHT for the right to vote, should be insulted that Democrats use voting as some sort of racial purity test.

joe biden is a $3 bill. the man 'of the people', 'unions'...blah, blah, blah. this guy is the epitome of establishment.

joe biden voted for nafta....biden never lifted a finger for an 'improved' nafta as joe admitted trump did with the USMCA... joe biden voted for china favored trade nation status in 2000 - allowing china into wto...joe biden was hot for the tpp..until trump killed it.

as senator or vp, when did joe biden stand up to china manipulating it's currency or stealing american intellectual property?? the chinese are hotter for biden in the white house than joe was hot for the tpp.

joe biden would also open up the borders and give amnesty to at least an estimated 11-13 million illegals. joe biden will also eliminate trump's measured h-1b visa program - which will cost american graduates good jobs and higher wages.

all those issues are anti-wages, anti-worker, anti-labor.

trump:
- helped businesses by cutting taxes and decreasing regulations

combined with helping blue-collar workers:
- curbing illegal immigration
- killing the tpp and redoing nafta to the USMCA (which even biden admitted is an improvement)

and the biggest issue pertaining to airlines - the usa is now energy-indepedent. is there any reason to start a discussion about this and what it would mean to airlines/employees to smother the shale/fracking oil revolution in it's infancy?

joe is going to tell me about trump's secret china bank account or $750 tax bill?

joe greased the path for trump - for all that. china makes it mandatory for joint ventures and chinese banking if a foreign company is to enter china. joe greased the path as a politician. these are the rules china demanded and joe signed off and was ok with.

as a private citizen, trump took advantage of the tax laws, that trump didn't write, but, what biden voted on.

the establishment is banking on a biden victory. the chinese are willing to throw hundreds of millions to sell-out american politicians and organizations (chamber of commerce). stop the tariffs. give us favored trade status. give us your jobs.

easy vote. easy.

joe biden is their man.
 
Minor point, but while Biden may have voted for NAFTA and while Clinton may have signed NAFTA...NAFTA was the dream of Republicans since Reagan. Back in those days though, it wasn't uncommon for members of one party to cross the aisle and vote. But those days are over.

And just as an example, can you share how much of the tax cut in 2017 made it to your paycheck? It was supposed to raise worker pay since companies would have so much more money. But I have had a helluva time finding anyone who has gotten any significant increase....certainly not more than they got before the tax cut. And while they were touting all the companies that paid a $1.000 bonus in 2017, they switched back to a Christmas ham after that.

you are correct. the republican party of george h w bush is not the republican party of trump. as we see today, those same establishment repubs are involved in the lincoln project.

donald trump is hated more by the establishment than anyone here hates trump.

as a counterpoint - why didn't the democrats fight nafta? clinton had both houses..veto?? no. 'improve'?? no. clinton and hillary (also hot for the tpp) are big-time establishment.

this is when i personally realized the dems are full of crap. i didn't want bush to win in 1992, but i was soured by some of clinton's moves. at times, he seemed to be in cahoots with some repubs who purely represented big-business and the 1%ers.

wall street has donated $74 million this campaign to biden and $18 million to trump. why is that?? it's not because joe is a man of the people. wall street needs biden to change our govt.'s behavior with china, and that $74 million will turn into hundreds of millions of dollars in return - as china is waving money around to american sell-out politicians and organizations.

as far as taxes, i said trump gave a 2-pronged boost to big business. taxes and regulations.

for blue-collar workers, the 2-pronged boost was curbing illegal immigration and redoing rotten trade deals.

biden would reverse all 4 boosts.
