Although there is some truth to your statement, it goes beyond that. If you look at the demographics of those male anglosaxon's hired by DAL, AMR and UAL over the course of the last hiring cycle, you'll see that a good number of those guys didn't fit the criteria set by the likes of AWA and Atlas. This wasn't some wild save the white male campaign. UAL, AMR and DAL pay BIG monewy for training and therefor have a real economic incentive to hire those who will be successful in the min number of sim sessions. That isn't necc. the guy with the most hours

Not ironic. It's just that most of the lowest paying airline jobs haven't had the pleasure of being sued by the EEOC yet.
