I haven't seen anything - at least not on Alitalia deliveries. I suspect the delay in full certification has made it a moot point.
Normally, when an aircraft receives it's certification the first "production" models off the assembly line go to the launch customer. In this case, because of the provisional certification and delay in full certification, there are completed aircraft waiting to be delivered.
