Employee background checks

I have expeienced the "Red Dress" personally, and evil is a under statement. She delighted in crushing people and thier hopes, have to say I smiled for a week when I heard of her dismissal. For those that are dieing to know we are talking about Margret. No one and I mean no one misses her.

C'mon, tell us about Margret! We US's do not know who she is or what she done! Tell us some stories!

I dealt with the US HR dep't a few years back..disappointed in their "can do" attitudes. Hopefully things/people have changed.

Personally, I have never met the woman and never wanted to because if you did meet her and she had her infamous "red dress" on, you were in deep kimshee. That's how the story goes as I have heard it.........if you saw her and she had a red dress on, just go ahead and put your neck on the table because you were as good as dead.

I recently spoke to some people she contracted to work for her, and that firm hated her!

She was a bit of a suck up, if you know what I mean.

I've never met a more rutheless, rotten, evil person in my life, and it was so sweet that someone finally ratted to the feds about some of the crap she pulled.

One quick Margaret story, we had an employee group at the airport that the company supported and helped out. They held meetings with speakers coming in and good lectures and interesting stuff.

One time we had an open house with some management, and she attended to try to look like a bigwig. This group was made up of very dedicated folk, good workers and all that. She did some management spiel, and this really nice guy, a mexican national who had his green card and was persuing citizenship, and was going to go to college for aeronautics got up to speak and ask some questions.

He had some criticisms of the ramp and offered some proactive solutions.

She got offended, went back to HQ and pulled his file and tried to terminate him.

She didn't get away with it, I had a tiny bit of oversight over her department (and knew where the skeletons were buried).

Another time she discovered an employee she was over was on anti-depressants, and fired her.

Then bragged to her department about how she "fired her ass." I tried very hard to get her to file with the Dept of Labor, she had an ironclad case, but she was too freaked out by the evil #### Margaret.

Pure distilled evil. For every story I have, I have 20 more.

She is at some phoney headhunter firm.

I had a friend that was a headhunter for her, he didn't know why she left. I told him, AWA "Fired her ass" and that she broke lots of rules. He thanked me for the info, which he sure didn't get from her!

I was discharged by her and her red dress in 1995 after confronting a supervisor. I had just returned from my fathers funeral leave and we were having one of those nights where they were making work for us, I asked to "wop" out and did. When I returned was told that I had refused to work and was discharged. I gave her a list of people that witnessed the incedent. She then contacted all of them and informed them that if they said anything they would be next. She was a real piece of work - I have heard that she was like this away from work too.

How long did this lady work at HP? Why did management protect her?

US/east would love her typical A.C. style FEAR UNCERTAINTY AND DOUBT

One of her underlings was in the hospital recovering from a very risky heart surgery that nearly killed her.

Margaret yelled at her for taking too long to heal and not returning earlier.

pure evil
