Tad, rez was informed if ETC is down for buddy passes to call rez and they will book it and than call CSD to send email to Pass Bureau to deduct buddy pass from the employees bank. I cant speak for the east side but that is how we handle the ETC down on the west. A question for my east coworkers. I made a rez for my mother on east flights and wanted to change her return. The ETC advised no modifications could be made to it and when I call the east pass line it was fully automated and I could not reach an agent. As I told the automation what flights she wanted it gave me a new record. Very frustrating. Now she has 2 records one for the old date which has been paid for and a new one which has not. Any ideas how to reach a live person thru the east pass line. I would really appreciate the help! thanxNot only that but for getting your buddy passes booked. If the ETC doesnt work, dont come to the airport to get us to do the buddy passes. They need to be booked thru the ETC. I've had several people this week come to the airport to get them done because the ETC was down on their home computer (luckily ETC was up and running and you can get theHub on the breakroom computer). Its just slower than dial up at work and takes about 20 mins to get something booked. I'm sure there are many people who just say *##($ it and book it the old way at the ATO. If this is going to be the way to book them, they need a major backup plan in place given its reliability.

Thanx for the response but Hula-Flyguy was able to work magic and had it changed and cxld the new one. He is an angel and if all of you are anything like he is HP should be very grateful to have merged with such a wonderful group of people. To me this is what its all about not only helping customers but helping each other. I think I am going to work tonight with a newfound appreciation for this merger.
