Yes, I am fairly focused on my inability to book a flight on the HUB, but I am tenacious.
At least the wording was different this time although the intent was clear, "although you work for an airline and travel bennies are about all you have left, we don't care. Why don't you just quit?"

You're not too far off on your assessment.

When I left MAA and went to PHX, I struggled for over four months to get my mother and dp on my HP Travel Pass even though they had been on my US Travel Profile for 6 & 5 years respectively. In one of my many letters I stated that I could have never imagined that an airline would make air travel such an obstacle. Little did I know that my sarcasm was, in fact, true.

I was not alone, as others were having problems with travel, health benefits, training, uniforms, scheduling, return phone calls, employee parking, etc., etc., etc.

Those 6 months there were a nightmare and I'm so glad that you all (fellow employees & customers) are finally getting to see what Tempe is really like.

It's too bad that you folks were stranded and isolated out there and that no one was listening. Also, a year ago, no one could have imagined how incompetent Tempe was/is. Take solace in the fact that they are now being exposed.
