With AA management's talent for shooting themselves in the foot, I'm sure they will not change the "change rules" until they have wrung as much bad publicity out of the situation as is possible.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the rest of the world grounding the aircraft. UK and Australia both said that you can not even fly over their territory in a MAX8, Now, that is harsh.

I believe AA, SW, and UA will all wait for Boeing to give the command to ground or not.

Being proactive is smart. Sad that some wont ground them. I remember when the DC 10s were grounded
