Perhaps some of it could have been put into the VA that was in need of updates even before W decided to commit troops to combat. Perhaps some of that money could have been ear marked for rebates on solar panels for private home use to offset power consumption.

It's ULTRA RARE that I'LL give EL-CHIMPO a "thumbs up", but to be fair, getting 911 dumped into your lap is a BRUTAL thing, in many ways.

If the CHIMP FACED lil' Turd, that just stuck with Afganistan, and Told (dirty dick) Cheney to stick to normal VP duties(like State Funerals etc.), then Jimmy Carter would still be in possession of the "Worst president in US History" title !

Forget about being fair to el chimpo. A real president would have taken and stayed in control on 9-11. This is what happens when one party pulls out the stops to "get their man elected". They didn't care how dumb he was just so long as they won.


Politics is not about electing the best person to lead the country. It's a spectator sport. On super Tuesday, the networks resembled ESPN.
