Well, that was quick. After a little over a year after completing 8 of 12 open items, with only 4 left, they decide to file for mediation? Why so fast?? Give it an effort, at least.
By going into mediation, the talks will get dragged out twice, if not 3 times as long. I wish them well, just seems like they filed with only a little over a year of nego's.
