The Third Graders will be rewarded with an All-Inclusive trip to PHL. Anyone notice that the article said nothing about unified labor agreements, in order to have a unified workforce.
 
Sadly it appears that they care less about you fine folks than they do us. Which is to bad since we are nothing without each other.
I have to agree with you on that. It is really ashame that Tempe keeps thinking their methods are working. There are alot of GREAT people that work and take great pride in their job, the Frontline employees in general are decent and have alot of dedication for the passengers. I know that they try and that Tempe makes it difficult on them. I have a flight in late May from PHL-RSW and I am praying to God that it won't be my last US Airways flight. I have always had good service with them, even when I was at fault on certain things, they went out of their way to help. To ALL US Frontliners, THANK YOU!
 
God can they put anymore SPIN on this article? They only lost a 1/3rd of it's preferred members last year. This is why they had to do "EVERYTHING COUNTS" Promotion. People got free bumps up to the next level who did not even do anything.

TEMPE YOU ALL SHOULD GET AN OSCAR FOR YOUR GREAT ACTING/LYING SKILLS!

It was so odd working today and walking up the isle watching everyone with the USA Today unfolded to the same page. US Airways tries to save loyal passengers! :shock: I just smiled and shook my head. What a proud moment.

It still depresses me that I left USAir. It was like leaving family, even though I was only a US FF for a little more than a year.

I hope and pray that Dougie wakes up from his stupor and realizes that he's running his airline into the ground. I'd love nothing more than to return...

I am amazed at the response we have received to the story-both from the AZ Republic, and USA Today. I had no idea USA was picking it up.

We have added almost 200 members since Sunday--to those who have joined I say thank you and welcome.

Also--to those of you who work the front lines, although it was not mentioned in the story, please rest assured that I made it abundantly clear to those I spoke with that they need to treat you fairly and give you the proper tools to do your job properly--that without happy employees they cannot hope to have happy customers.

Time will tell if we have an effect--but there is power in numbers, and we welcome all......

I recently returned from CDG and LGW and the agents in both cities are totally handcuffed by shares. They still are unable to access international availability through shares,8 weeks after migration, a necessary lifeblood in a european city. They were unable to issue an employee discount ticket on another carrier. Not one had anything good to say other than they hate this archaic system and want sabre back so they can do their job.How much money will this migration cost us? How much more could we have made had we kept sabre? When will Tempe admit they made the wrong choice and that shares was not ready or capable of handling our operation? When will the stop lying to us?
 
I love how Mule' lists "computer bugs" as one of the problems to be tackled. That should however be read as Shares Failures. Face it, the system is a flop. Give us back our SABRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we can once again take care of our passengers.
