The went to Scottsdale Elementary for the design and the Implementation!Oh goodie, they are "Redesigning usairways.com, with a new site debuting next year".
I have to agree with you on that. It is really ashame that Tempe keeps thinking their methods are working. There are alot of GREAT people that work and take great pride in their job, the Frontline employees in general are decent and have alot of dedication for the passengers. I know that they try and that Tempe makes it difficult on them. I have a flight in late May from PHL-RSW and I am praying to God that it won't be my last US Airways flight. I have always had good service with them, even when I was at fault on certain things, they went out of their way to help. To ALL US Frontliners, THANK YOU!Sadly it appears that they care less about you fine folks than they do us. Which is to bad since we are nothing without each other.

I just smiled and shook my head. What a proud moment.
