I don't see anything in the link or the bribery case that has anything to do with the manipulation of oil prices. It is about obtaining contracts...

i was referring to the fact that there is dishonesty in the system and just because wall street says there is no manipulation in the market doesnt mean it is so. The article is just evidence of denial.
