Second thing is people love to bash US Airways and kiss Southwest''s assets. US was NEVER as bad as people make it out. Problem is that those at the top have through word and deed made it very clear they don't care about customers and employees which sadly gives this study way more credibility than it deserves.
Your thoughts and feelings on US management are very clear. But I disagree with you. The airline and its management have always taken care of me otherwise I wouldnt keep flying them. Are they perfect? No. Is there a perfect airline out there? No.
With the employees, you have a group that loves the company, a group that hates the company and a group thats just indifferent. Is that the case at every other airline (or any company for that matter)? Yes, even everybody's beloved WN.
