Frequent Flyer Study

Second thing is people love to bash US Airways and kiss Southwest''s assets. US was NEVER as bad as people make it out. Problem is that those at the top have through word and deed made it very clear they don't care about customers and employees which sadly gives this study way more credibility than it deserves.

Your thoughts and feelings on US management are very clear. But I disagree with you. The airline and its management have always taken care of me otherwise I wouldnt keep flying them. Are they perfect? No. Is there a perfect airline out there? No.

With the employees, you have a group that loves the company, a group that hates the company and a group thats just indifferent. Is that the case at every other airline (or any company for that matter)? Yes, even everybody's beloved WN.

Way can’t the average front line employee take care of you?

What is your problem? Just because you hate the airline, does that give you the right to question those that like the airline?

Did I say the front line employees dont take care of me? no!! Did I say the "airline" (which to me would include the front line employees) takes care of me? yes!!

Management shouldn’t be taking care of you the front line employees should. I do not hate USAirway I prove that ever day do you. Management taking care of customer
I am all about front line employees having the tools and taking care of the customer. The east cost seasoned employees knows this all so well. Management involdment is not to directly take care of the customer. If this occurs then somebody is not doing his or her job
