Future moves by DP

Couple of possibilities here:

DP will sell out the U and AW pilots to give Delta pilots what they want... DALPA have their s**t together more than U/AW ALPA who are totally clueless.


OR


If Delta pilots continue their hard stance,DP asks the BK judge to release the Delta pilots contract. If that happens, then anything goes.

Two totally different possibilities but both are possible... and undesirable.

Ah, your forgetting to add the "anti-trust" equation.

I don't ever see this getting any approval.

I suspect that #2 is only a very remote possibility. How often has a debtor even asked the BK judge to reverse his previous decision, much less succeed in getting it reversed?

For "evidence" I would submit the rumor that DP wanted to get out of the court approved deal to sell the E170's to Republic but couldn't.
