Want to Disprove Man-Made Climate Change? A Scientist Will Give You $10,000 if You Can

A physics professor is so fed up with the claims made by “climate change deniers” that he has launched a “$10,000 Global Warming Skeptic Challenge.”

The challenge issued by Dr. Christopher Keating, a professor who previously taught at the University of South Dakota and the U.S. Naval Academy, according to a news release, will award prize money to anyone who uses the scientific method to prove that human activity has not been a factor leading to climate change.

There is quite a bit of information out there about how the reefs were affected by the glacial and inter-glacial ages.

He asked me to post the info and that would have been doing his homework.
yes there is they (the coral) thrived... obviously since we are coming out of one ice age going into an inter-glacial age... which by its very nature means the planet should be warming... in a very cyclic manner...(since it did this before long before man was more than scurrying rodents do you think they caused it then?)

you told him to look it up... he told you no if you think its so important you post it... how in the world is him doing your job of making your claim true you doing his homework, its your claim that global warming is adversely affecting the coral, its your job to prove it... not his...

I know it's true. I've read many articles from various sources. Had a friend who even had a reef tank. Temp changes have drastic affects on coral. I have no interest in proving it. If you or others are interested in looking it go for it. If not, dont. I don't care.

oh ok fine, well i already looked it up, i posted that,
but because your friend had a coral tank well i guess thats all the evidence needed to prove a hypothesis i mean wow their coral died, of course it must have been temperature related not some other variable

and obviously you care or you wouldnt have told him to do your homework for you... if you make a claim its not the job of others to prove it...

thats all im saying on it, it doesnt bode badly for the person who isnt going to take the time to prove your claim.. about something they never ever brought up...

Maybe your friend has too many room mates who are dropping lines in his fish tank!

Solved! The Mystery Of The Disappearing Coral Reefs!

"Overfishing caused steep reductions in herbivores, especially large parrotfishes, which are the most effective grazers on Caribbean reefs.”

"In some cases human populations along the coast can reach as high as 25,000 per km2. The researchers found an inverse relationship between the number of people and the amount of live coral."
