Good Books

I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to offer some advice. I'm looking for some reading material to help me prepare as much as possible for my rotary conversion while I work up the money.

I am already working through Principles of Helicopter Flight, by Wagtendonk. I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts?

How have people found the Culhane series of books/exam sample questions?

Can anyone tell me who writes "The Art and... (of helicopter flying)?" I was recommended this book but ,amaged to forget the title, and author... Oops.
