Well, some simple questions first. I am assuming that we accept that there were 3 other aircraft involved that day. The two that hit the towers and the one that went down in PA. Assuming there were 3? Why is it so difficult to assume that there were 4? What would the purpose of destroying part of the Pentagon? The destruction of the twin towers would have been more than enough to pissof the American public?

There's the rub. It sure doesn't seem to be at the Pentagon. You can look at hundreds of aircraft crash sites and see loads of debris, bodies, luggage. The Pentagon site seems very sanitary.
There are many sites which try to debunk the "9/11 Truth" movement. Popular Mechanics did a hit piece a while back. Then it turns out the editor, Benjamin Chertoff appears to be a cousin of none other than our beloved Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff.
The plot thickens.

So, one article was written by someone related to the HMS director, BFD. What about all the other sites/evidence. What about common sense? I am all for a good conspiracy. I would not trust Uncle Sam to tell me the sun was shining but come on. There are countless numbers of witnesses who saw the bloody plane. There were 3 other planes that same day. What are the odds that some one put this plan together in a few hours to blow up the Pentagon? Not like anyone knew the attack was coming.
Like I said, I am all for a good conspiracy, Who knows what happened to JFK, TWA 800, Roswell... but to think that the Pentagon was a set up just defies all logic

Just so I have this straight. You think someone(s) in our government was able to put together some sort of explosion together at the Pentagon in all of 51 min? That's the time from the first plane in to the tower to the time the (what ever it was) hit the Pentagon. Or are you implying that someone knew this was going to happen and sat idly by doing nothing to prevent it, had all the explosives set up before hand and set it off in close proximity to the rest of the accidents?
As I said earlier, I am all for a good conspiracy but have you got any idea how colossally insane that theory sounds?
4 aircrafts are missing. 2 UA and 2 AA planes. We know for a fact where 3 of them are. There are countless witnesses who say they saw the 4th. Conspiracies typically only work if at best a hand full of people know what’s going on (ask Nixon). For your idea to work, AA crews need to be in on it along with who knows how many other people in government and the military and the FAA and all those witnesses on the ground and all the dead people who now, according to you may not be dead who were on Flt 77 which now did not really crash.
I’ll be the first to admit that a little paranoia is a good thing but come on. There are far more things that are worth while to contemplate and be suspicious of than this. There is no up side to having an explosion at the Pentagon when the twin towers are already hit and the UA plane is only 26 min from hitting the ground like a lawn dart.
