Grass Roots Campaign for Cleaning out Current Management

Any ideas for a grass-roots campaign to clean out management? Do we write to the Board of Directors?

These people do not care about the hard work that was done, nor the hard sacrifices of USAir employees or customers. They play the superficial fiddle and they rule by the superficial Microsoft Spreadsheet.

The stock will slowly peter out and this management is on complete failure course but it may take awhile. How do we accelerate the process before they completely run this airline slowly into the grown with their absolute ineptitude?

It would be better to change management out sooner than later - completely absolutely totally 100% legally of course.

Do we continue with the pressure of bad publicity? I'm certainly willing to contribute.

I understand EXACTLY your point/intention !

IF your a passenger, simply "Book away" from US(Nothing will get their attention faster than that)

If your an employee, simply SLOW DOWN, WORK by the BOOK.
Trust me, US's valuable passenger(like Piney Bob, and others), ABSOLUTELY understand if you did that.

In either case, you become an ENABLER to the HORRIBLE IDIOTS who are at the helm.

The old theory, that sometimes one has to take 4 step BACKWARDS, to ensure that(in the end)you ultimately take 6/7 steps FORWARD works !!

If you think Parker/Kirby is Darth Vader, the BOD is the Emperor! Oh, but you just want to kill Vader, but there is another Sith waiting to take his place. My advice make this a nice Death Star and cover that darn exhaust port. :lol:
 
It's simple. But you must be a stockholder.

It's called a shareholder resolution. And it can be proffered by anyone who owns just one share of LCC stock. And the resolution can be to call for the dismissal of the entire management team, BOD, single officer or any other idea that one thinks is in the best interest of the company they own. But it must be done by a shareholder. Of course many LCC employees are also shareholders.

If you are serious about getting rid of these people this is the way to go. Negative publicity by employees isn't going to get it done. The shareholder proposal has a chance.

You guys don't get it, Parker made LCC a huge profit...and that all that matters. Your emotional pleas will fall on deaf ears.

Yes, but it will be hard if not impossible to keep the profits if a good part of the premium revenue goes away.....and we're talking millions.

I'm in everyone should be on the same page, just start the
ball rolling and I'll go and purchase my share, so we can all have a voice in this company.
 
I woder how much was profit from sales vs lower expence's due to give backs.Id love to see the books some time.

NO HE DID NOT!!!!!! USAirways employees east made the 80% of the profits due to our paycuts and lost pension and working conditions. PARKER is a drunk and is running this place into the ground along with the other idiots in Tempe!!!!!! You obviously must not work here. Read the board more and see how they treat our frequent flyers.

How much profit did US employees make prior to Parker....$0 And actually lost a bunch of the stock holder value. So go sell crazy some place else...we're all stocked up.

I think staying in business and making a profit were part of the reason the unions agreed to the concessions! I think that is the whole point.
