You guys don't get it, Parker made LCC a huge profit...and that all that matters. Your emotional pleas will fall on deaf ears.

I know that profits are walking out of the door. We are inflaming passengers with the inability to provide a good service, annoying travel agencies by errors in our system, pricing tax and OA fares incorrectly, which we will end up owing them for...ticketing incorrectly.... this list is endless. This all costs money. The profits will dry up and fast... they MUST be held accountable!

From where I sit incompetence gets rewarded with perks and bonuses while those who do the work to keep the customers happy get the shaft on an hourly basis. Same goes for customers who ultimately provide YOUR salary.

Maybe their mission is to not worry about "profit", a symptom of a mgmt only concerned with cash flow.

Declaring a profit means dipping into the cash flow, momentarily stopping at least that part of the cash. When all of ones money is spoken for, how does one declare a profit?

I suggest the Sandcastles priorities are quite different from what I read here. Profits are an old construct that does not fit in well with this particular cash flow business.
