What exactly happens for the 9-14 days of traning for a CSA and ramp agent? Is it up to the individual to look for accomadations? Do you have paid trainng or a per diem or anything? What are if any tests like?

Thanks all B)

I guess I should have waited to receive info from MN. I am looking forward to the training, any tips? You need 95% on Airport codes??

Ramp training is 7 days (not sure about CSA). It's paid at the straight time rate, with no per diem. Your hotel is paid for, but plan on sharing a room with someone. And yes, the 95% on city codes is true, even in ramp class; when I was there several years ago, a couple people were almost sent home because of it. Hope this helps. Good luck!

By the way, where in the world are we hiring?!
