And WHO do you think this is benefiting? We are at or near the bottom in every metric for the month of June, thanks in most part to USAPA's illegal job actions.

How about ALLEGED illegal job actions? How about the company's persistence on doing things the cheapest way possible and the fleet not being ready for the summer travel season. We have the best mechanics in the industry but if a lot of the work is done outside the company quality controll is lost. Also if the needed parts are not available or the time to fix an item is not there then Mr. Murphy will show up and all metrics suffer. Look back over your career....has the company EVER lied to you and do you believe everything you are told by them?

Bob

We gotta do something about having people work for this company.
I agree with you 100%. How about we start by getting our management working for the company rather than for their bonuses and themselves?

Bob

How about it's just people are just fed up and Don't give a s*** anymore... You can only batter a spouse so long before they seek independence and relief.

This is exactly what is happening here. I predicted this at the beginning of 2011. The company can't keep treating employees, passengers etc the way they do..

sooner or later it catches up with you.

It appears that time is now.

CORRECT 767ONE------cheap is the key to this operatoin----BUS APU's used to be overhauled at Lufthansa----NO APU problems or cooling problems until DP started using third world overhauls---NOW we have smoke issues-- cooling issues etc etc.

Bob and just to add to this how about staffing issues ? Here in CLT we do not have enough people on the gates or in customer svc. to work the flights thus more delay, How about the .. idiots in Tempe who decided to make our staffing take the blame.

Can you list specific examples that corroborate what you are saying? You say you are in the bottom of every metric. Are you saying pilots are responsible for baggage and customer complaints as well. That is a pretty big feet to pull off there.

I am not trying to be smart. I really would like to see these stats and where they fall in relation to what you are alleging. Is there a way to break down the stats that far? I really do not know. The only thing I have seen is what people post here and the numbers you see in the newspaper.

Download the supporting docs for the injunction.

And brew yourself a pot of coffee. You'll have hundreds of pages to read.

I 2nd that!!~!

Ya think they're happy? Ijiats!
Fire them all..

Funny how all metrics have seen steady improvements for over 3 years and all of a suddenly the bottom drops out in May without the company changing anything?
Call me skeptical.
