Striking is a legal provision normally governed under the RLA. The legality of a strike will be determined by a court, and if it determined that it is legal, a strike would be a lawful means of self help.

Wow, a lot has happened on this board since I was last here. I would like to comment on this part though.
By your words, I take it your position is legal equals good.
Would you also say that Pan Am LEGALLY gutting its workers pension fund was good?
How about Western Airlines’ UNION depleting its member’s pension fund through (legal!) “service feesâ€￾?

I’d list more, but you get the idea.

By my words, as you stated, I said it would be legal. Are you trying to mince my words?
Nowhere did I state a strike is "good". It can be effective. It is a legal right to self help. One I plan on voting for if this DL management team throws out my contract.
In this case, vote yes, and vote often.
