As the only choice left for thousands of employees who have given a large part of their productive lives to building an airline being shot to pieces by newcomers it seems only fair to ask "Is that all there is?".

The people (Yes these are people) that are now to be discarded as obsolete, not because they didn't do what is needed, but because some one decided doing your job right is not as important as doing it cheaply enough to compensate for greed and non existent planning on the behalf of those who want the opportunity to continue doing so.

So the question is what compensation is going to be paid for sweat equity?

For the love of all thats good in the world, just write a paragraph and stop the polls
