Enter your vision for our future

No license required for deferrals, speedtape, checking tire pressure or adding grease. Or have one licensed CC over a couple unlicensed ASMs for signing the log book.

Wrong. A incorrectly accomplished maintenance procedure for an MEL can be dangerous, you better know what you are doing.

My view, if AA get all what they are asking at the court. They are going to have the cost structure to make a lot of money at the expense of their employees (not creative at all). Only one problem they are going to have the most desmoralized and less productive work force in the industry. Very hard to succeed that way. Employees have to be treated with dignity, do AA know how to do that? Does not look like. Unless AA change their approach the future is not bright.

The above is not a vision of the actual future, but a glimpse of how things COULD turn out. OldGuy is not available for predictions on any kind of sporting event or lottery numbers.
