Please keep em short and sweet,time to get the facts.

I want to see the answers in black and white,if its NMB related I want to see the chapter and verse that says you can.

If its company related I want to see written sighned documents.

If its union related I want both.

Let it happen....

go to the meeting and ask?? besides many of us "IBT'ers" have been asking IAM for a signed, final copy of the current concession contract but yet have seen one. I have e-mailed the trans hq and called, but still no one will give us a copy... so why don't you start by giving us your copy so we can see what all of it says..... or is it that bad

1. Mr. Marshall why does the IAM hide their CBA?

2. Mr. Marshall why does the IAM refuse to debate with you the finer points of BOTH contracts?

3. Mr. Marshall the other day (27 Nov 05) on NPR (National Public Radio) Mr. Parker made a statement that has me thinking, that statement was "....let alone acquiring an airline three times it's size...". Mr. Parker was talking about raising money for the "merger". What did he mean by "acquiring".

Why does the ibt send a UPS package deliverer to answer Mechanic and Related questions and not an HP AMT?

Where in the RLA does it state upon a change of representation that you can file a section 6 notice and renegoiate an exsisting CBA that is NOT AMENDABLE till 2009?

are you scared of the ups guy? he is the head ibt person involved with our contract and is involved with our current contract neg. and to answer dell dude's question about the ibt's claim of reneg the contract Doug Parker told us in our meating that he would be open to renegotiate the contract I was there and heard it.

I would like to know did you actually go ask Andy any questions when he was in clt? I asume thats where you are stationed. if not I would suggest going and asking him in person instead of hiding behind this board. you might be surprised. he is not affraid to talk to anyone so show up and ask the questions.

You know as well as I do 320tech that those two "talking heads" will never go to the meeting, let alone have the courage to ask any questions.

They scream and yell about "requirements" and "demands" and they know what the answers are to the questions they ask and they know they have been aswered. "what'cha gona do"? 🙂
