With UAL now likely headed for bankruptcy the airline will have a 120 day "exclusive period" to file its Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (POR) and submit its confirmation statement. This could occur as early as April 2003.[BR][BR]The "interesting corporate transaction" is being discussed in CCY and the US union halls, but nothing is expected to occur (if at all) until US emerges from bankruptcy, which the airline still believes will occur in March, before UAL submits its final POR.[BR][BR]Chip
