If vol furloughs coming back to INT ..does this mean new bid again?

another schedule to bid on? We just submitted our bid and are awaiting the results, does this mean another bid will be given to us again? It's no longer month by month now it's week by week schedules...trying to plan a life around this schedule is getting difficult....although I'm hanging in there...hoping for better things...someday
