Well, it seems that the training department is spending huge sums of money to train Customer Service agents on the fine points of the Star Alliance.
What a waste of $$$.....the Alliance will probably throw US out before we even get in!
In order to become a Star Alliance member, obviously US's employees need to learn the ins and outs of the alliance. Where is this US "in and out of Star Alliance" coming from?
Wow, guess management can never win. If they didn't take the steps to train folks, I'm sure your reply would be that they never plan ahead. It is great that they are doing what is needed to have employees up on the procedures in the Star Alliance.
