It too was a "monitor & challenge",
IT TOO caused 39 deployments last year to 2 on the west.
It too was a "monitor & challenge",
Is anyone surprised that the little gray booklets that were LIMITED in supply were printed wrong? So they want you to be accountable for some procedure that is as important as arming/disarming a door that could kill someone yet they can't even print a booklet right. They have been promising a NEW booket for a while now. Is it out yet? Or should we have to pull out our suitcase sized manual every single time there is a question about monitor and challenge. It IS simple but NOT the mose effective way of executing the procedures. No shocker there.
Have you looked at the manual?
You need to chill! Go back and read the post, I don't know who P*ssed in your Cherrios, but it wasn't me. If you blow the slide, pony up and take responsibility, if not, it isn't your fault and you aren't being blamed. So, you have a totally different situation (slide pin access) and yet you morons continue to act as if the situations were the same and the FA is at fault, demonstrating a complete lack of knowledge and basic ignorance of situational awareness.
Every single FA trainer at PHX should be fired, no exceptions. The head of training should be fired. Heck, the CEO should be fired.
What is wrong with you people? Why are you so stupid you cannot figure out what is going on?
From now on, every push will involve me inspecting every door, every arrival will involve me. I will not subject any crewmember to such idiocy and cretinous behavior on the part of the morons at Tempe, may they burn in hell forever.
Sorry for the /rant.
Tempe needs to die for US to survive.
WHO caused those 39 deployment on the East?IT TOO caused 39 deployments last year to 2 on the west.
WHO caused those 39 deployment on the East?
THAT WAS THE QUESTION that no one in the training department would answer.
I don't believe ALL were attributed to the East Flight attendants yet by not giving the stats it WAS IMPLIED!
The last ISD in DCA was done by a cleaner on a 319. Doors were disarmed as verified by the pilots. Cleaner armed 2R and opened door--then tried to blame the "B" F/A for leaving door armed. Cleaner did not know that the flight crew can monitor the doors.
Well how many were truly attributed to the East flight attendants? It was over 50 deployments and it was all combined. FA's, Fleet Service, Utility. Doors were left armed and opened from the inside or FA's opened from inside while armed.
Well how many were truly attributed to the East flight attendants?
The company has that information yet chose to keep it to themselves while stating the West only had 2 attributed to their flight attendants.
So my best guess is that MAYBE between 5-7 are attributed to East flight attendants and the rest goes under the catagory of "others".
That changes the whole dynamics of the ISD's.
As I stated Previously
KISS Method is Best 😉
