International Flying?

I've had no problems with the ATA flights I've taken, either. The only difference that's really noticeable, especially on a WN/ATA codeshare, is the seat pitch, or lack thereof, especially after coming off of the relatively generous pitch of a WN 73G (737-700).
But since ATA is soon to drop DCA and LGA, MDW-DFW will soon be the only non-Hawai'i codeshare offered by WN.
ATA is dropping HNL also.

If ATA drops HNL, what possible value is the codeshare to SWA? SW managed to get along pretty well without a DFW-MDW route before the codeshare, I don't believe it generates that much revenue for them now.

Is ATA going all-charter? Does anyone know?

I think it will start with ATA codesharing to Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Once Boeing announces the 737 replacement with commonality to the 787 I can see WN ordering a ton of both planes and then flying all over the globe.

Heck WN is probably already working with Boeing on the design.

Dropping HNL (which I was not aware of) does not mean dropping Hawai'i. There's still OGG, KOA, and ITO.
Maybe they'll start direct flights to LIH, which seems to be a trend.

I believe they are only dropping HNL out of Ontario.

Maybe flights out BWI would make sense than some other airport in the Northeast due to ATC flow restrictions.
