I posted this awhile back and I'll repeat it again.

B.O.B.

As a JB pilot, and a commuter myself, I have on several occasions had the opportunity to jumpseat on AA. I choose the word “opportunityâ€￾ purposely because I indeed view it as such, but most importantly it is a privilege that is not taken lightly. I can honestly say that I have always been treated with dignity, respect, and outstanding service by AA crews. With that being said, please realize that I do not take your attitude as indicative of the many fine AA employees that I have met along the way. The ride was and is, always appreciated.

B.O.B., everyone has the right to his/ her opinion. Discussion is always good as long as long as it can be spent in an informative, constructive and mature vein. You however choose to come here to the JB board with nothing more than the intent to flame and incite. If you have something to say, then say it. Just don’t come here with the intention to berate others and pick a fight.

Our jumpseat at JB is open to all pilots and F/A’s from other airlines. This includes all open passenger seats as well as the 2 jumpseats in the cockpit (CASS approved pilots) and the 2 additional F/A jumpseats in the back. Come one come all, we are glad to have you aboard, including yourself B.O.B. The only thing we ask in return is a simple “thanks for the rideâ€￾.

Cheers

Oh, sh*t up and go have a donut with your cockpit pal B6BusDriver. You JB people have made this industry a piece of crap!

I, for one, like the JB People. I do admit I'm not especially fond of their company but only for corporate competitiveness reasons.

😀

I heard that they're gonna ask ALL GROUPS for pay cuts, that Neelman has been selling his stock and that he's on his way out...

They actually don't have to ask for the paycuts. No work group on property at JetBlue has a union. So, just like all Delta employees (except the Delta pilots) they can just take what they want.

Without a collective bargaining agreement, jetBlue pilots will find out just like FedEx guys did under the FPA that the company can impose any wage/work rules they want, anytime they want.

What are they going to cut? How many guys at Jb have been there more than a couple of years? Are they still saying you're in Fat City on $50k F/O in NYC?

I'm sorry you feel that way B.O.B. Regardless of what you personally perceive, you, and and the many fine folks at AA are still welcome aboard.

Take care,

v1 🙂

The airlines think that making minimum wage is living in Fat City. The only concern airline management has is that their golden parachutes are packed for them and no one else. This includes David Neelman, CEO of JetBlue. Yes, B6BusDriver he doesn't care about you!! Have you got a clue to that yet? Oh wait, that donut has corrupted your brain with blue jelly filling!!

Uhuh, figured you heard about a bridge for sale too.

I mean seriously, how does one come up with completely unfounded crap like this. I mean, it is a rumour board and all, but stuff like Neeleman selling his shares are so easy to research and to prove wrong.

As for our friend B.O.B, we know you hate jetBlue, even though you commute on us, but what exactly is your major hang up? Did you apply and not get hired, did a jetblue employee run over your dog, did your lover leave you for jetBlue? B.O.B. we know you hate jetBlue, every other post here is about how you hate jetBlue. We all get the point, so why not give it a rest, unless you actually have something worthwhile to add or is it, that you just crave attention and preferably on the jetBlue forum?

Nope, never applied for your airline. I also never will!! The answer to the rest is also no! I also don't commute on you either. I took the jumpseat 1 time only and never will again. Because I didn't help the cleaning crew aka the flight attendants clean the plane they got mad. Boo Hoo to bad, not my job.

I just hate your airline because jetBlue is destroying the airline industry. Driving wages down and cheezy service. I am not the only one who hopes JB goes bye-bye. I just have the guts to say how I feel in an open forum.

Now run a long and save your cash. Neelman is coming to take paycuts from all of you non-union fools. Can you also make sure B6BusDriver gets his jelly filled donut too?

The time has come to stop responding to the nonsense that B.O.B. has brought to this board. This is a person that knows little to nothing about JetBlue, or the industry in general for that matter. It sort of reminds me of the press in the way they report on aviation matters. They know just enough to make a misinformed report without knowing all the facts. The general public then eats it up and assumes that the information is correct, which of course as we know most of the time it is not. This is no different.

The thing that bothers me most is all threads that B.O.B. has hijacked. In fact this thread started out as a legitimate question from Misren with regards to an upcoming interview.

It's unfortunate that B.O.B. has an agenda of incite, hate and misinformed finger pointing. Sad really. However, do not take his/her attitude as indicative of the many other fine folks at AA.

BTW good luck Misren on the upcoming interview! You'll love it here at JetBlue!

Take care

v1 😀

V1,
Great post. I continue to be saddened by BOB's anger problems. He/she/it is so full of hate that it has consumed them and appears to be on a destructive path. Unable to respond in a constructive way BOB lashes out often using profanity and resorts to name calling in every post. Bob's juvenile musings are often entertaining but recently the anger and frustration in their personal life has surfaced with ugly results. It's quite clear that BOB has rested life's happiness on the path of ones career and the well being of that employer. This is clearly a mistake often made by neophytes in this industry as well as those with hollow personal lives. I'm sure that BOB can't give up those layovers around the world and the great shopping to be had. With nothing in one's personal life this is an easy trap for one to fall into, as evidenced by BOB and so many others in that profession.

I continue to pray for BOB in hopes they will be able to move on and find peace and happiness. Perhaps professional help is in order, certainly AA has some type of employee assistance program. So sad, so sad......... Let's all hope the best for BOB!
