I don't know how long you've worked at the airline biz but all big announcements mentioned by fellow employees are never big. Anything truly big will be kept quite because it affects stock prices...class over.

actually that's Rodrigo after he tried to fly our trans atlantic ops this summer. Guess his flight was eternally delayed in Philly, after waiting a few years for the agents to fix his ticket in our new and "improved" res system.
