It's in, the "Lindsay Case" formaly the Marcoux case. It has been decided in APFA's favor.
Details on the APFA website.

But, I thought it was going to be a slam dunk case. Remember, the APFA is BAAD!!!

Now lets focus on getting a contract and stop wasting APFA's cash... We need the money to get a contract.

The AApfa is a company sponsored union. Your contract will be dictated by what the company feels you're worth. Had this lawsuit prevailed you would have had your previous contract restored with back pay. Time to vote in a new union...

You surely have not delt with AA management before.... They very rarely lose in court . It's just how they run the business..
And for the comment about contract worth... We won way more Worth in 1993 than the company thought.
Go APFA... A union that protects it's memebers...
Oh should we vote in the IAM ??? What was that all about... they did wonders for you guys....

Sad day with this loss. It is the only way to have made APFA accountable. As an organization, APFA would rank below ACORN. You should read the part in the lawsuit where APFA settled the RPA on very bad terms just to get Carty fired.

And GlAAding has the nerve to brag about the win on the AAPFA hotline. She was on that team who threw us under the bus in 2003. Shame on her! She is a piece of crAAp!

There's a petition going around the system to recall her from office. Sign it and lets get her out of here!

Good luck. You might get 10 people to sign it. The mainstream is 100 percent behind our union and our elected president.

The case is closed and so is this thread. Pro/Con Glading is a separate topic. A thread may be opened if there is any interest in discussing that topic.
