I sat in on a few arbitrations with Joe. Seems to be a decent guy.

Arbitration?

What exactly was your job at AA anyway? I thought you were an analyst, not in HR.

And where did you go to work when you left?

I was a manager, not an analyst, and spent a lot of time working with ramp & cabin service policies & procedures.

Quite frankly, where I went to work after AA is none of your business, but it's working for a small IT company with about 30 employees.

Selling out is crossing a picket line.

Walking away from a job you love because you feel that you're worth more than what you're being paid is courage and self-respect.

Funny but when the guys from NWA did just that your kind likened them to moronic criminals.

What is the name of the company "AMR Internet chat room monitoring and spinning services"?

Not sure what any of what I do has to do with the topic, guys, but that's pretty typical lately...

Bob, perhaps you can consider changing your name to "Ad Hominum"???

Then why did you respond?

Perhaps you should put away the dictionary and pick up a mirror.

What is your pecking order in such a mega-buisness?

Let me guess, shoe shine boy!

It's a VP position reporting to the CEO. Thanks for asking. And I have to admit, working for a non-mega business has more advantages than not -- for example, our $500K profit sharing pool only had to be split amongst 30 people. I also don't have to put up with hearing "it's not in my job description"

Again, this has nothing to do with the topic, but since it appears that Gary was finally fired, it doesn't really matter.
