Based on allegations of impropriety, John Ward, may resign his position as President of the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA), a bargaining representative of the flight attendants of American Airlines.
It has been demonstrated numerous times that Ward has violated numerous state and federal laws as they pertain to labor organizations.
In addition, Wards organizations officers have violated these same laws. Because of the structure of APFA each of them may be liable for compensatory and punitive damages sought by current members. These members have individually and as a class filed suit in two Federal jurisdictions against Ward and the officers as well.
Buh, Bye
PS: Wednesday is your wakeup day!! The Cart is coming to your town Wednesday and taking away your marbles and your wand. The magic dust, wheeee, will be handled by a real labor professional or two, who will really protect the employees. Your magic dust will be taken away and the real pro''s will turn it into coal and diamonds. Not Tinker Dust
Buh, Bye.

seniority, that is what it is about. Plain and simple seniority grab.
one day this will all be over, and twa llc will still be pissed off with no seniority, err i mean what ever seniority they currently have.

Wait and see.

Could someone name a specific paper that this is printed in.
Strange but Im having a hard time finding any mentions of APFA in the Dallas newspapers.

hey Art i think you have the case of wishful thinking put up the fact or shut up or maybe go see your shrink and ask him what to do when twa looses there case in court. What paper and when did you get this info, dates please i think you are full of it

It doesn't seem strange at all. It's just somebody throwing out bait to see who will bite.

Bogus post. Now we all know that anything you post in the future is not to be taken seriously.
Grow up.

Well since that is settled, it can now become fact that some %$&**&# named ART is not credible. No wonder he is supporting Cooper.

Fighting the fight is expected, but don't boldly lie!

At least if John Ward allowed something untrue to be published, I feel comfortable saying that it was a mistake and made because of the listed officers on the IAM website (recently corrected).

ART IS A LIAR!

Your right it is about grabbing seniority. John Ward Grabbed TWAs and even against the advice of his own committee. Ask yourself if it's worth bankrupting APFA to end up doing what the merger committee reccomended in the first place? John Ward is irresponsible to his own members, could have been a hero. It's not totally about seniority though... it's about APFAs failure to allow mediation as agreed to. That is why TWA will prevail. A smart APFA would settle now and survive.

There were erroneous posts made today to aviation news sites by irresponsible individuals stating that APFA President John Ward would be resigning. This is FALSE. President has no plans to resign as the leader of the APFA.

Oh, so now John Ward himself acted on his own and without the approval of the members...hmmm, maybe Sherry Cooper would be a better choice as President, so she can actually sell the whole membership to the highest bidder or just maybe hand them off to the IAM in a silver platter in exchange for $1.5 million, blatantly without any more pretenses that she's acting on her own volition and without backup from Driscoll and Co., all in the name of Unity and what's fair and equitable Maybe you can finally be content because you may also get your DOH back and then the deluded illusion you people have that TWA bought AA, and not the other way around, does not have to be a fog in your brain anymore.

woo hoo...go Sherry!
